Building Bonds with our Branxton Gardens Friends

At Branxton Preschool, we believe in the power of community and the joy of connection across generations. That’s why we continue to keep in touch with our Branxton Gardens friends. On Wednesday 11th December our wonderful Preschoolers went on a walking excursion to visit Branxton Gardens, a delightful place where laughter, songs and good times know no age.

Our visits both to the Gardens and visits to our Preschool have blossomed into a beautiful relationship between the children and the residents at Branxton Gardens.

Our little one’s love singing cheerful tunes, sharing art works and listening to the resident’s wisdom and fun loving carefree attitude to life.

It truly is a heart-warming experience visiting and seeing the connections that are being made.

Our preschool has been busy collecting goodies to make gift bags for the residence to give them some extra special Christmas cheer. We made baubles with each resident’s name on them and a goodies bag for them to enjoy over the silly season.

In turn they gave us love, cuddles, a huge smile and gave thoughtful gifts and cards to our preschoolers.  A special shoe, from Richard, who collects shoes, was given to every child and team member. A treasured memory that certainly has been received beautifully by everyone in our Preschool. These connections are priceless.

Stay tuned for more heartwarming stories from our visits, and thank you to all our children, families, educational team, and the wider community for supporting our mission to foster meaningful connections and share kindness!
