Creating The NEST

Branxton Preschool have been working with Cessnock City Council to take over the lease of the old Playgroup Building and were successful in obtaining a Community Building Partnership Grant in 2022. This grant money has been used to renovate the old building and transform it into a vibrant community hub. This space will serve as a central gathering place for our community, offering a variety of programs, resources, and services aimed at fostering community engagement and connection.
